NJGS 5 C 2 2000, NJ is a New Jersey Geodetic Survey survey disk located in War Memorial Park along the southeast side of Wesley Avenue between E 5th Street and E 6th Street in Ocean City, Cape May County, NJ. The disk is mounted flush in a drill hole at the southwest corner of the concrete pad that supports a four-inch naval gun that serves as a memorial to the men who died aboard the battleship USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor. It is 58.4 feet southeast of the southeast curb of Wesley Avenue, 25.3 feet south-southeast from the southeast corner of an eight-foot stone and plaque that memorializes the citizens of Ocean City who served in World War I, and 41.0 feet north of the center flagpole of five flagpoles. The disk was monumented by the New Jersey Geodetic Survey in 2000, and it is stamped 5 C 2. It is in the National Geodetic Survey database at PID = AM6984 (

To reach from the intersection of State Route 52 (East 9th Street) and Wesley Avenue in downtown Ocean City, go northeast on Wesley Avenue for about 0.37 miles to the War Memorial Park, the gun and the disk on the right.
