This steel truss structure is a pedestrian and small vehicle bridge that is along the Warrenton Greenway Trail. The Greenway is a trail that followed the railroad line that used to run into Warrenton. Southern Railroad line once owned this line which no longer exists. The Greenway is now a hiking and walking trail with remenants of the old railroad including an old turnabout.
The bridge is mad of steel and is covered with wood planking.It is a Steadfast Bridge design and has about a ten ton limit. Th bridge crosses over a major street in town. The bridge length about 25 yards long and is about 20 feet wide. It is a newly constructed bridge within the last 10 to 15 years.
