Long Description:
On a recent visit to Santiago Peak, I discovered these viewers. There are sets on both the East and West sides of Santiago Peak.
The Western Set is at the coordinates listed and there is an alternate waypoint listing for the Eastern Set.

The Western Set includes viewers for
Mt Palomar 16 Mi EL. 5,570'
Lake Mission Viejo 9 Mi EL. 750'
Catalina Island 55 Mi EL. 1,430'
Downtown L.A. 47 Mi EL. 370'

The Eastern Set is located at
N 33 42.708 W 117 31.965
viewers are included for
Lake Mathews 11 Mi EL. 1,380'
Mt. San Gorgonio 48 Mi EL. 11,400'
Lake Perris 23.5 Mi EL. 1,600'
Mt. San Jacinto 49.5 Mi EL. 10,665'

I think that the elevations for Mt. San Gorgonio and Mt. San Jacinto are both a bit low. That doesn't take away from the usefullness of these viewers.
