Pinnacle Ridge Winery, established by the Knapp family in 1993, is housed in a meticulously renovated Pa Dutch Bank Barn, built in 1851. The thick stone foundations provide cool, stable temperatures year round, ideal for the production and aging of wine. The processing area is visible from the lower level tasting room and contains American and French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.

Overall Comments:: The wines from this winery tend to be much crisper than wines from other wineries I have tasted.
While visiting this winery I learned that red wines are aged in the oak barrels, while the whites are fermented in the steel tanks.
