Pinocchio's Daring Journey opened at? Disneyland in 1984. It is considered one of the classic Fantasyland rides along with Peter Pan, Snow White, Alice in Wonderland, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, and Dumbo's flight. The imagineers who created this ride incorporated a Hidden Mickey so skillfully into the furnishings of the ride that you probably won't spot it if you aren't looking for it. As you travel through the ride you follow Pinnochio from his humble beginning as a puppet to his transformation into a real boy. It's right after the transformation scene, where the Blue Fairy magically appears and disappears(if you want to spoil the magic, turn around and check out the scene carefully as you pass). You'll turn a sharp left right past the bed Pinocchio is laying in, then look right. You'll see a glass cabinet containing a model of an old ship, on top of the cabinet, carved into the wood so it's part of the frame, is the Hidden Mickey.
