Constructed by the Works Progress Administration workers in 1941, the grassy amphitheater of classical Greek style sees limited use these days. In 2009, only a few events appeared on the campus calendar for the amphitheater - including four shows of Shakespeare's "As You Like It" in October 2009 and the ETSU Instrumental Conducting Symposium Concert finished their week of camp in June 2009 with a concert featuring classic and contemporary band compositions.
The coordinates are from stage center which is where your visit photos should be taken. The below weblink is for a student article written about the place.
