On this site was the house occupied by Dr. Jonathan Potts; Deputy Director General, 1777-1780, of Northern and Middle Departments of the Continental Army.
I found little info on Dr. Potts. He was a medical doctor and he served as Deputy Director General Northern Department 1777 and Deputy Director General Middle Department, 1778-1779. And he had children, but that's about it!
