For dogs, there is grass, trees, a hill to run up and down and a fabulous view overlooking Simi Valley. For dog owners there are benches and trees, along with a shade structure.
The park is open from dawn to dusk, with seasonal hours posted at the site. Owners are encouraged to bring balls and toys to enhance the play experience, but be sure to remove these items when exiting the park.
This is the only park in the city that allows for off-leash play for dogs. In all other parks, dogs must always be on leash. For more information on park rules or information about the dedication event, go to the district's website. LINK: www.rsrpd.org
