This Grade II listed building on the corner of East Street and St Peters Street used to be Boots the chemist and was built in 1912 (later extended in 1938 down East street), in 2009 it is occupied by an accessories retailer.
The four statues on the exterior walls are created from plaster using a method called pargeting, they are of Florence Nightingale, John Lombe, William Hutton and Jedidiah Strutt and were made by Morley Horder.
