A table jack, or something resembling it is his feet as well as acting like an easel to keep the figure standing. His head his a frying pan, eyes are spoons, Another kitchen item makes him seem like he is smirking. Bain marie inserts make up his torso and lower body, pepper mills are his arms and forks are the fingers on his right hand, spoons for his left. it is a very charming sculpture.
Next to this happy fellow is the most colorful butterfly, ever! Find the insect and you found the pan man. This sculpture is one of 9 different sculptures, each one more awesome then the next. Peterson's Garage is a local business located on a remote section of the White Horse Pike (Rt. 30). It seems there are several garages and part businesses all very close to this one and all boasting their own original sculptures. These sculptures were made by mechanic and resident artist, Tom Peterson.
