This milepost sits along the N side of US 11 - between CVM Motors & the Cumberland Valley High School. The milepost has been secured in a square concrete base and is accompanied by a plaque which includes the date (1814) and notes that the milepost was preserved by the Cumberland County Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

The inscription on the post is as follows:
