It is actually a rhombohedron. However, the artist named it "cube" and that's probably how most people would see it, so let's let that lie.

The welded sheet steel structure, painted a uniform bright red, is balanced on one corner. A circular hole, lined with polished aluminum, fully penetrates the structure from the low northwest face to the high southeast face.
