The fountain sits in front of the federal courthouse on the corner of San Carlos and First St.
The inventory describes it as: "Fountain sculpture comprised of two nude figures standing atop series of stacked cones in circular fountain basin. The piece was commissioned by the U.S. General Services Administration's Art-in-Architecture Program."
The fountain is still spouting water.
