The fountain sides along Monroe St in the Franklin Mall. The inventory describes the piece as: "[A] round granite sphere on a small circular base set in the center of a basin. Water pours over the sphere. The basin pool is lined with blue ceramic tile. Inner edge of the basin is oval, outer edge is rectangular with angled corner and wide ledges."
