In the 1960s, architect, developer and casino owner
Delbert E. Webb started designing communities for people who have reached the better half of their lives. Today, there are 50 Del Webb communities in 20 states.
The Woodbridge community at the north edge of
Manteca was developed in 2006. By now, it is about 60% done with about 1000 houses built so far.
We moved in here in October 2009 and are proudly presenting our flag! (too bad it is not a very exiting design - just the name Woodbridge in dark blue letters on a white sheet.)
