Meigs Waterfall is one of the smaller waterfalls in the park. It is one of only three waterfalls in GSMNP that are visible from the road. The waterfall is 13 miles west of the Sugarland Visitors Center on Old State Highway 73.

There are no trails to get close to the waterfall. The posted coordinates are for the closest viewing area off of Highway 73. The parking area for the falls is not marked and is hard to find.
