Come down Monday thru Friday at 2:00pm to get a tour of the Redhook Brewery. See the process from fermentation to bottling. It only costs a $1 and you get to taste 3-4 beers depending on the season. If you didn't get enough during the tour you can stay and have more at the Cataqua Public House, which also has a full food menu.
Check the website for weekend hours and special events. I suggest going during the week as you have a better chance of seeing the process in action.
