DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1952 IN MOSCOW. AT MOSCOW, AT THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO, IN THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE WINDOW WELL OF THE ENGINEERING BUILDING, 33.8 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF LINE STREET, 16.5 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 4.2 FEET WEST OF THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
