This 5 cm PaK 38 was a German anti-tank gun of 50 mm caliber. It was developed in 1938 and first saw action during the invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941. It was highly successful and was used widely by the German Wehrmacht till the end of the Second World War.
This particular piece is on Cutler Street outside of the Medway American Legion. The weather has taken a toll on it and is more fitting to be in a museum as axis equipment is much more rare. Moved to Town Dump 2015
