?The small building once housed Tracy's town hall and its jail. The town hall/jail was establish around 1900. The brick building was designed by architect J.R. Hoerl. In the past, the building used to house the local chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. The building was retrofitted by the city a few years ago.
