Recreation park is located in Southington, CT and has a play area for kids, a public pool, basketball courts, baseball fields and tennis courts. At the front entrance to the park is this flag pole with a monument at the base which says "Dedicated To All Veterans."

On both sides of the flag pole are two other monuments. The one to the left says "Southington Recreation Park. 34 Acres. Site Purchased 1929." To the right the monument states the road the park is on: "Maxwell Noble Drive. Dedicated to the memory of Maxwell Westwood Noble. The first deceased Commander of Kiltonic Post No. 72."
