Cross Island Chapel is located in Oneida, New York, and is said to be the worlds smallest chapel. It is located in the center of a small pond and can only be accessed by boat. The chapel has been used for weddings since it was built in 1989.

Cross Island Chapel was built in 1989 and is listed as the "World's Smallest Church". The square footage of the chapel is only 28.68 square feet and seats only 2 people. It has served as a chapel for numerous weddings, only accomodating the Minister, Bride and Groom. The wedding party would attend the service by surrounding the chapel in boats, as the chapel sits in the middle of a small pond. Cross Island Chapel is listed on RoadsideAmerica.com as a scenic point of interest in Central New York.
