Disneyland--Storybook Land - Disneyland/DCA Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I just happened to spot this benchmark in Disneyland (DL) while taking some pictures there with a Travel Bug. It looks like it has been there a good while, possibly when the area was last refurbished for the the short-lived "Light Magic" parade some years ago. The parade (known by many local DL fans as "Light Tragic") didn't last long, but the viewing area left is very nice. And now, it seems we have a benchmark left from it as well.

One of the few of this type marker with letter / numbers on it. I wonder who JRL was?
