Real photo postcard image of Blodgett Hotel (aka Blodgett House), view taken from the southeast. Front of postcard has "room 29" in ink on lower edge. Message side of postcard has brief noted dated July 15, 1913. It mentions the temperature that day reached 103 degrees.

Online auction sites with old postcards will have a "Blodgett House" card every once in a while. The hotel was later known as Hotel Williams, and disappears from the local telephone directory in the early 1960s.

Later in the 1960s, the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. store appears. In 2009, the former Goodyear building is occupied by FENSTER PREMIER AUTO RESTORATION, a "frame up" classic car rebuilder / restorer.
