Metal disk mounted in the ground. Colo Department of Transportation Control Monument, State Hwy Mile Post 100. Located at the base of Niagara Gulch along the abandon RR bed from Silverton to Gladstone. 2.5 miles up Cement Creek from HL0284.

Start at Benchmark HL0284 (Silverton Town Hall) and take Co. Rd 110 north towards Gladstone 2.5 miles to Niagara Gulch. Niagara Gulch is where Co. Rd 110 crosses Cement Creek.

From the road you can see the abandon narrow gauge railroad bed. Follow the old RR bed down stream about 95 feet from the jeep road. The marker is 20 ft from the east side of the RR bed (creek side).
