Flagstaff relied on railroad industry to carry the goods grown and harvested here to market. Lumber companies also used locomotives to haul trees out of the forest. This display represents both industries. This train used to be used by the Southwest Lumber Mills company to haul lumber out of the surrounding forests until the 1960's.
This locomotive was then donated to the museum and has been here ever since.
