Le Musée raconte l’histoire du 12e Régiment blindé du Canada, fondé en 1871, connu longtemps sous le nom de Régiment de Trois-Rivières et qui a participé à plusieurs batailles et campagnes en Sicile, en Italie et en Hollande durant la Deuxième Guerre mondiale. Le Musée s’intéresse aussi à la riche histoire militaire de Trois-Rivières et de la milice canadienne depuis le gouverneur Pierre Boucher. The Museum depicts the history of the 12th Regiment blinde du Canada, founded in 1871, long known as the Trois-Rivieres Regiment which participated in many battles and campaings in Sicily, Italy and Holland during the Second World War. The museum also depicts the rich military history of Trois-Rivieres and the canadian militia since governor Pierre Boucher.
