This Eternal Flame is located at the Croatian War of Independence Memorial Cemetery in Vukovar, Croatia. It is located on the place of the largest mass grave in Europe after the World War 2. There were 938 Croatian soldiers and civilians buried in this mass grave after occupation of Vukovar in November 1991, during the Croatian War of Independence.
