The Avenue is one of the larger and more modern shopping malls in Pattaya. Off second road, at the entrance are a half dozen or so fast food outlets, one of which, of course, is a McDonalds. It can be easily seen from the road, there are two entrances/exits, and two Ronald McDonalds waiing to passerby's.
If asking directions to the mall from a local refer to the mall as 'Maj-OR', emphasis on final syllable. This is its local name.

The new McDonald's integrates a McCafé and is the most beautiful restaurant I ever saw in Thailand from this company: It looks more than an European Boulevard Café than a fastfood outlet.
The coffee at McCafé comes from La Cimbali, the best italian made espresso machine. I hope they will introduce some breakfast very soon.
The new McDonald's has a small terrace with very comfortable seats.
