The bell is out front with a few sculptures, "landscaping" the museum. It lies to the rear of the dinosaur building and in front of and to the left of the main museum. The folks inside had no information about the bell except "it looks old" and there was no plaque offering any addition information. It appears to me made of Copper as it has the color of the Statue of Liberty. A wooden rod passes through a metal loop attached to the bell lifting it off the ground and supported by large, wooden beams arranged as a supporting rectangular arch of sorts, to display and protect.
