Duluth Central High School, Duluth, MN - Town Clocks on Waymarking.com

Duluth's first high school was built in 1892 by the architects Palmer & Hall and was considered "The finest high school in the world". It remained a high school until 1970 when overcrowding and disrepair forced the school district to build a new school on top of the hill. The building now houses the Duluth School District offices and 2 alternative schools.

The chimes still ring every quarter-hour and the clock is somewhat current. (I wouldn't set my watch by it).

It was featured in the 1994 Disney movie Iron Will. A story about a small town boy who races sled dogs to help pay for the family farm.
