Situated on the causewalk between the two sides of the college grounds, the bell tower and Lake Ansley Moore complement each other. The carillon has 16 bells that are played for college functions and special events on campus. Dedicated to Katherine McKay Belk, the carillon stands approximately 70 feet tall. With the sunset behind, it makes an imposing sight looming over the lake.
