The original Wal-mart Store of Chandler, Arizona is currently going through a remodel in which it will become a Wal-Mart Supercenter.
The inside of the store is currently a mess with dead end aisles and bare plywood walls on one end.
A side story- Wal-mart tried to get the neighboring store PetSmart to move out so that they could expand the Wal-mart even more, but PetSmart persisted and refused to move. Now more than a year later with Wal-mart finshing its Supercenter remodel, PetSmart will close this store believing they will not be able to compete with the new Supercenter.
