This relocated fire house was built in 1901. It sits to the rear of the current fire station located along Main Street in the old Marlton Village section of Evesham Twp. There is a memorial at the foot of the old fire station. The bricks at top and bottom read "1898" and "1998" so it seems the company has been around for over 111 years now. This original structure housed a horse-drawn engine and the bell was rung to alert the town folk of fire. In 1997 it was relocated so the present structure could be built to accommodate this growing town.
