The town of Gilbert took their historical water tower and converted the land into a water park. The park includes a splash pad, overflowing ledges and a kugel ball where water splashes down upon for the old water arm for tank filling. Very Well done. No pun intended. The kugel is located on the ground mounted on a base. It is made out of a dark granite. It is heavy enough to be immobile. The scratches on it are new, possibly an act of vandalism.
