This flour grinding windmill was built according to plans drawn in 1823 by François Sorine. After having being sold to the railroad company who purchased the nearby terrain for the construction of a railroad, it fell into near ruin status before being restored to the original plpans starting 1990. The works were completed in 1995 and now the windmill is in full working order again and can be visited on special arrangement on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2 - 6 pm..
