Complex of buildings built between 1872 and 1878 for use of the Joseph Wolf Brewery. Along with the buildings are a series of caves built for the cold storage and processing of beer. The Joseph Wolf Brewery continued to operate until Prohibition in 1920. At this time the company began making soda pop however that business failed. After Joseph's death the family sold the complex. The buildings are used as restaurant and the caves are available for tours.
