The Clock Tower of the Old Post Office is a bell tower that is still in use today. On the tenth floor, are the Bells of Congress. These bells are replicas of the bells of Westminster Abbey and a gift from the Ditchley Foundation in England.
Taking the first elevator to the top brings you to the level where the bells are rung. Although you can get the we bell ringing floor and the observation level, you can't get to the bell level.
