A large sculpture at the entrance to the Safety Center. The memorial is dedicated to those who put their lives on the line every day, and to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

The El Paso de Robles Public Safety Center houses both the Police Department and the Department of Emergency Services. This sculpture is at the entrance to the building, and thus is available for viewing at any time. The new building was dedicated in September 2002. The sculpture known as "REWARD FOR VALOR" was dedicated in January 2005. The artist Vel Miller was present at the day of the dedication. There are several plaques and engraved bricks at the site.
