Sharks popular meal is a hearty combination of fresh local seafood in a stalwart marinara. Full of rich Italian flavors and special herbs & spices.
Gumbo Sauce: This "Special" is now a permanent item at Sharks due to popular demand. This butter roux Gumbo with all its hand-crafted qualities basically floors you with flavor! Really! It does not have okra or oprah but it has a whole bunch of great,freshly cooked ingredients.
The sauce that put us on the map. Used in our famous cioppinos & marinaras. Hand-crafted. Made in small batches with all healthy, natural ingredients. We make our sauces in our traditional fashion utilizing steam for cooking.
