DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1966 AT THOMPSONTOWN. AT THOMPSONTOWN, SET IN THE TOP OF THE NORTHEAST WINGWALL OF BRIDGE OVER DELAWARE CREEK, 19 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF HIGHWAY, 14 FEET WEST OF POLE NO 541, AND IS ABOUT LEVEL WITH THE HIGHWAY.
