Stumbled upon this benchmark while searching for the "eyes of the world" geocache. It's between a guard rail and a chain link fence near the Metro Milwaukee Sewer District Fishing Pier, known to the locals as "Metro". It's off the parking lot on the top of the hill, north of the the steps.
