The memorial consists of four white statues of service members. Along with the statues are several (a few hundred if not more) engraved pavers bricks with the name, rank and unit of service members going back several wars.

The memorial is located on the west side of the courthouse. The memorial appears to be a recent addition. The statues are a ghostly white.
