The Los Alamitos Creek Fitness Trail is designed for 18 stations, though one is currently missing. The trail is 1.35 miles long, making for a a 2.7 mile loop trail in length. There are 8 stations going north on the east side of the trail and another 10 stations going south on the west side of the trail. Each station has an explanation of how to perform an exercise and suggests three levels of difficulty of 5, 10 or 15 repetitions.
The best parking lot is at the southern end of the trail. Cross the bridge on the trail to get to station 1. There is some parking available on a cul-de-sac at the north end of the trail, if one wants to start in the middle of the fitness course and loop back.
