Within the Historic City of Sacramento Cemetery is the city firefighters plot. There are about 40 pioneer markers here from the days before paid departments.

The area is fenced and had camellia bushes along the west edge. Thanks to county work details, the grounds are well maintained.
There is also a plaque and a large historic fire bell.
