St. Augustin is a Roman Catholic church in the middle of Coburg. It belongs to the diocese Coburg and the arch diocese Bamberg.
The church has been built from 1856 to 1860 in a new-gothic style. Below the church lies the catholic line of the Coburg dukes. This place is called "Kohárygruft".
You can visit the church from 8 am – 6 pm every day.
The church is also unique because it shows an upside down turned pentagram above the front entrance - a symbol which is normally associated with other "religions".
