This Eagle Scout Project was completed in November 1996. This young man built a covered stone enclosure around the wellhead in Turner Park, Home of The Uncle Remus Museum. Using an antique pulley, it appears that care was taken to reflect the ante-bellum period that is embraced by the museum.
