This wall painting was applied in late summer of 2002 by six volunteer ladies from Germany. They were here on behalf of International Adventure Tours in Utah, traveling America as part of a larger group, all doing various volunteer projects as they traveled.
The mural was designed and the project was directed by local artist David Grandon who commented, "These young ladies were energetic and a joy to work with even though they lacked any mural experience."
You can see that this mural has a sentiment, it is done to commemorate the late George L. Mancuso, famous local photographer.
