Commemorates 50 Years of Peace between the Nations of Western Europe 1945-1995.
Recently moved to it's new position as the Bancroft Gardens have had a make-over, and a new canal bridge added close by.

This monument erected by Stratford-upon-Avon Town Council, Commemorates 50 Years of Peace between the Nations of Western Europe 1945-1995.
Designed by Naomi Hamer and Trevor Brown, pupils of Stratford-upon-Avon High School.
Dedicated by the Bishop of Coventry the Rt Rev Simon Barrington-Ward, on the 6th May 1995 in the presence of young people from Europe.
Sculpture by Horton Quarries Ltd.
