A memorial to David A. and Blanche Berkemeyer Miller
The Phoebe Dome is a replica of the 19th Century half moon band shell in Queen Victoria Park, Bath, England. Commissioned by Mr. and Mrs. Donald P. Miller in 1988, the design was adapted by the renowned architect John Heyl.
I expect that big band type concerts occur here.
